FC今治を率いる岡田監督が学園長として関係しているFC今治高校が目指すポリシーが、ヒストリック・キャプテンシップです。自らの好奇心と経験に基づく直感を信じて、みんなを巻き込み、目標に向かう強いリーダーシップと、周りの声や意見にしっかりと耳を傾け、行動を後押しするフォロワーシップの両方を持ちあわせる、つよくてやさしい人の素養とのこと。新しいリーダー像と解釈しました。

⑤ 中老‥○[ちゅうろう]四〇歳代を初老とするのに対して五〇歳過ぎほどの人。While people in their 40s are considered middle-aged, this refers to people over 50 years old.
⑥ マイトレーヤ‥✖️（英: Maitreya ）とは、近代神智学の教義において、霊的指導者マハートマーの一人、古代の知恵の大師である。In modern theosophical doctrine, he is one of the Mahatmas, spiritual leaders and masters of ancient wisdom.
