コンビニで涙目シールを貼っておにぎり🍙やお弁当🍱の値引き商品の販売促進、食品ロスの削減に取り組んでおられます。学生時代にコンビニ店員のバイトをしていましたが、廃棄食品は、相当なものです。もっと食品のローテーションについて、仕組みを考えないといけない時代になりましたね。
