文武両道をどのクラブを担当しても実践してきました。ここのところ上手く行かない側面もあります。一方，長距離系を目指す大学生の最高の舞台は箱根駅伝であり，今年は青山学院大学が優勝しました。４年間のうち，強豪クラブでは１回も出場できない選手も少なからずいるといった厳しい事実もあるでしょう。優勝チーム，実質日本一クラブで過ごした４年間はかけがえのない財産になることでしょう。大学レベルより上で，熱心に何かに取り組むということ自体が軽んじられる状況において，全身全霊100%部活に向き合いことが難しくなっていますね。

① 賀詞‥○お祝いの言葉。Congratulations.
② ローマ美術‥○古代ローマ帝国の美術であり、時間的には共和制末期とコンスタンティヌス1世以前の帝政期の美術を指す。It refers to art from the ancient Roman Empire, and in terms of time refers to art from the late Republican period and the Imperial period before Constantine I.
③ 初湯‥○新年に初めて入る湯。The first bath of the new year.
④ 忍冬酒‥✖️スイカズラを用いた薬用酒。Medicinal liquor made from honeysuckle.
⑤ 引摺餅‥✖️ひきずりもち、数人で道具を持ち歩き，賃餅をついてまわること。Several people carry equipment and go around asking for rice cakes.
⑥ 議員寄付の税優遇‥○改正政治資金規正法に伴い、政治家が自ら代表を務める政党支部に寄付することで所得税の一部を控除される「税優遇」が禁止されることになった。The revised Political Funds Control Act will prohibit politicians from enjoying a partial income tax deduction for making donations to the branch of the political party of which they are the representative.
