今季は北国の大雪がすごい。豪雪になり、いわゆる災害クラスの模様。青森では、災害救助法適用のニュースを見ました。近畿地方でも、滋賀県の北半分は豪雪地帯の設計基準と聞きました。夏の暑さに注目が集まっていますが、豪雪の処理にも経費がかかり、行政の財政を圧迫します。

④ 十干‥✖️十干は、甲・乙・丙・丁・戊・己・庚・辛・壬・癸の10の要素からなる集合。The ten stems are a set of 10 elements: Jia, Yi, Bing, Ding, Wu, Ji, Geng, Xin, Ren, and Gui.
⑤ スチーム‥○水蒸気を意味することもあります。It can also mean water vapor.
⑥ アナログ規制‥○法令や条例などで定められており、デジタル技術を活用できないアナログ的な手法を前提としている規制です。These regulations are set out in laws, regulations, ordinances, etc., and are based on analog methods that cannot utilize digital technology.
