この時期からいわゆる大きな外部資金の公募が開始されます。いくつかの大きなファンドのアナウンスがありました。幹部と相談の上、新しくプロジェクトグループを作り、継続的に取り組むことにしました。忙しい時期、公務も多く抱える先生方には、大変ですが、全力サポートして、獲得を目指したいと考えています。

⑥ 大統領の就任演説‥○米大統領が就任式で任期4年間の政権運営に向けたビジョンを示し、国民を導く決意を示す演説。A speech given at the inauguration ceremony by the US President outlining his vision for running the government for his four-year term and expressing his determination to lead the nation.
