沖縄で新しく娯楽施設がオープンするというニュースを見ました。観光主体の沖縄でも、大規模な娯楽施設となると、造るだけでなく、維持管理面でもかなりの経費がかかるものです。地方都市でも大きな投資に期待されますが、定常的に経営が安定できるかというのも大事な評価になります。
