野菜の高騰が続いていますが、ミニ野菜に注目が集まっています。小型化に品種改良されたもので、食品ロス削減、保存長持ち、単身世帯への対応などのようです。相対的に安価になれば、元の大きさの野菜も価格安定に影響を及ぼすとは思いますが、簡単ではないようです。
