厚労省基準では、4時間運転したら、30分以上は休憩しなさいということで、覚えやすいように、 よんさんまる休憩 と呼ぶようです。県内外に車での移動も多く、確かに休憩がおろそかになりがちです。疲労も考えて、早めの休憩に気をつけています。
