高松市で一級の観光地といえば、屋島が挙げられるでしょう。香川県高松市屋島山上に所在する「高松市屋島山上交流拠点施設」の愛称で2022年8月にオープンしたハコものです。定常的に賑わいを創出することためには、イベントを開催しないといけません。屋島＆やしまーるもこれからが正念場ですね。

① 捺染‥✖️染料を糊に溶かした色糊を使って布に模様を印捺し、その染料を固着させる染色技法です。This is a dyeing technique in which a pattern is printed on the fabric using colored paste made by dissolving dye in the paste, and then the dye is fixed.
② 袖師焼‥✖️そでしやき、島根県松江市で生産されている陶器で、出雲の伝統技術をベースにしています。The pottery is produced in Matsue city, Shimane prefecture, and is based on traditional Izumo techniques.

④ 南泉斬猫‥✖️なんぜんざんみょう、中国の唐時代の禅僧南泉普願に関する禅宗の公案で、古くから絵画の題材にもなっています。 This is a Zen koan about the Zen monk Nanquan Fugan from the Tang Dynasty in China, and has been a subject of paintings since ancient times.
⑤ 鬼の霍乱‥✖️普段健康な人が珍しく病気にかかることを意味する慣用句です。 This is an idiom that means that a normally healthy person becomes unusually ill.
⑥ 発火器‥○圧気発火器、または圧気発火具、英名のカタカナ表記からのファイヤー・ピストン、発火ピストン、ファイヤー・シリンジと呼ばれるものは、空気を急激に圧縮することで、火口を加熱して発火現象を起こすための道具である。An air pressure ignition device, or fire piston, ignition piston, or fire syringe (the English name is written in katakana) is a tool that heats a tinder hole by suddenly compressing air, causing an ignition phenomenon.
