先日、秋雨前線が活発になり能登の被災地に短時間大雨警報が発令され、避難指示が発令されました。河川の氾濫により、市内でも浸水、洪水流が報道されていました。元日の地震から9カ月以上過ぎているから大丈夫、というのは間違いです。1年以内は、ほとんどの施設が暫定復旧されているに過ぎず、本格復旧にはこれからという状態と思われます。被災者の皆様には、お見舞い申し上げます。
